Cluster analysis was\nconducted on the total scores of expected supervision and actual supervision, which are classified into 4 groups.\nUsing the Kruskal-Wallis test, we examined whether there were significant differences in work-related stress among\nthe 4 groups of the vocational rehabilitation service personnel. We found that the group that is high in both expected\nsupervision and actual supervision (group 1) was higher in spirit and experienced lower feelings of frustration and\ndepression than both the group that is low in both expected supervision and actual supervision (group 3) and the\ngroup with high expected supervision and low actual supervision (group 4).
