An instruction that is similar to dialogue instruction system is adopted to grasp the level of comprehension of the students, because there is great variability among knowledge of the new employees in their specialized field. At the beginning of each class, a questionnaire is conducted so that the instructor can ascertain the initial knowledge of the students. A comprehension test is conducted at the end of each class to grasp the understanding of the students. By using above instruction method, instructor can conduct class with checking the latest comprehension level of the students. Furthermore, final comprehension test and questionnaire are carried out at the last part of the seminar to confirm the effect of a series of training.
