| 内容記述 | Much more i n Japan, low birthrate and longevity will progress from now on. Many activities in the human resource s development in a school, or a human resources development f acilit y and a company will change still more. T he influence on the upper secondary education which the Extraordinary Council for Education reply gave is verified, and the state of the after education of the secondary education is considered in this paper . And the future directivity of the human resources development is suggested by having a new appreciation of the importance of the general education used as the foundation of the human resources development and the l iberal arts and sciences which i t s brews. |
